Our prices

1. Prices and Discounts

• The prices apply for a minimum stay of 4 nights per apartment and night with occupancy of minimum 2 persons, for shorter stays we charge the high season price
• For every additional person we charge 15,00 €/night.
• The prices include: Bed linen, hand and bath towels, fully equipped kitchen, TV and radio, electricity and heating, final cleaning, internet.
• Towel change upon request.
• As of 01.01.2024, we are committed to collect a community residence tax of 2,50 € per person and night for all persons over 14 years.

2. Discounts for children

Children up to 2.99 years stay free
Children from 3 to 5.99 pay 8,00 € / day.
Children from 6th Age pay 15,00 € / day

Baby equipment is available free of charge upon request.

3. Pets

For your four-legged family members we charge 15,00 € per day (food is not included)
Please bring your own basket or blanket for your pet.
Out of respect for our other guests, animals are not allowed in the dining areas.

4. Booking

Please note: The booking becomes binding at a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking guarantee) and the transmission of the booking confirmation. In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be reimbursed.

5. Additional charges and terms of payment

• Deposit: The reservation will be confirmed once the deposit of 150 €  has been paid.
• Please fill in your name as the purpose of payment.
• The deposit confirms the booking and will not be refunded in case of cancellation.
• In case of early departure or cancellation of the stay, an additional fee is charged, and/or the deposit will not be refunded.

Surcharge for breakfast: For bed & breakfast we charge 15,00 € per person. (Does not apply to children up to 2.99 years.)

The fee for final cleaning is already included in the price.

Payment:  Please pay cash on site. The cash limit in Italy amounts to 3.000 €. The following payment methods are allowed: non-transferable check, bank transfer.

6. Arrival and departure

Arrival: On arrival day, we expect you starting from 14.30. Of course, you can also arrive earlier, but the apartment will ready for you only at 14.30. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.

Departure: On departure day, please leave your holiday apartment not later than 10. Other times are possible upon request.

7. Cancellation insurance and cancellation conditions

We look forward to seeing you here. You can cancel free of charge up to 3 months before your set date of arrival. Between 3 months and 4 weeks before your set date of arrival we charge 40% of the value of the booking. Between 1 month and 1 week before set date of arrival the cancellation charge amounts to 70% of the booking price. This amount goes up to 90% if cancellation is made in the week before set date of arrival. We recommend our ’Red Rooster’ cancellation protection policy as an extra service. 8. Exlusion of liability

We strive to provide accurate and complete information on this website. However, we assume no liability or guarantee for the topicality, correctness and completeness of the information provided. We reserve the right to make changes without notice or to amend the information. Only the specific service offer or the booking confirmation is binding. For external links we can – despite careful control – assume no liability. For the content of linked pages exclusively their operators are responsible.

9. Data Protection

For the purposes of the GDPR, we inform you that your data will be used and saved exclusively for processing your application and will not be disclosed or distributed to third parties.
